Love this store, they are truly for the people. They always have amazing sales on high quality canned foods & treats, bc I shop here my dog definitely eats so much better than what I could afford from a chain pet store or online. Also fun fact hills prescription diet does NOT actually need to be prescribed, the company has simply trademarked the word “prescription” for use in dog food. Thankfully they sell it at NYC pet without the arbitrary gatekeeping, so important b/c we all deserve to take care of our animals w/o being entrapped into expensive and questionably helpful vet appointments. & of course, the people at the store are all very kind and helpful. They go out of their way to check when things will be in stock, take orders over the phone, and offer free delivery in the neighborhood!

They carry fromm pet food and the owner (the cat in the bow tie) is the most adorable and friendly! The location is clean, always well stocked and the staff are super friendly. They also have a rewards program... but literally the best part is that they carry fromm petfood for cats and dogs... if u love your pet, you feed them fromm! They also carry feline pine which is hands down the best litter for cats!

Nice pet store with good selection of pet supplies, food, bedding, toys, etc. The folks that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly to my two dogs and always give them treats when we come in to shop.

This place has everything! My girl cat is super picky so I ran all over l looking for her “safe food” that I know she’ll eat and this is the only place that has it in person! No waiting for chewy or Amazon delivery anymore. Go support this small local business!

My dog loves the staff... They give her the good treats when she comes and they carry the brands she loves so I do go heteonce a week. Merrick food & Stelka & Chewy lamb pattys are her fave...

I’m sad I’m moving to another neighborhood just bc I won’t be right next to this store anymore. Make sure that when you go to this store to pet Lu! He’s so cute and welcoming hah

Very clean and calm place for your family pet. My Yorkie looks perfect!! Thank you Rosa for fitting me in on such short notice. Thank you guys you did a great job with her. I'm very happy and will definitely be back with her again.
